In the Home's workshops manual skills of the residents are exercised and the youth are at the same time engaged in meaningful activities. The work in the workshops is under
the constant supervision and is also a part of these groups therapy. On the premises the Home has the following workshops:
- print shop,
- offset print shop,
- carpentry workshop,
- painter's workshop,
- cardboard factory,
- native handicrafts,
- dressmakers shop,
- a general workshop,
- bakery.
Some of the residents and children are actively involved in the work on the farm, which has proven to be a very good form of work therapy for the participants. Besides the farm
and bakery department, workshops play a very important role as the handicrafts produced there can be purchased by third parties. Funds collected this way are source of financial
independence of the Home.
