Management of the Home for mentally challenged children and youth is responsible for normative and analytic activities: developing, following and studying legal regulations,
preparation of agreements and arrangements with Serbian Government, companies, humanitarian and non-governmental organizations, coordination with other institutions, and other
activities of great importance for the Home.
Management is responsible for activities related to internal organization and coordination; selection of appropriate candidates for different openings; organization of training camps;
preparation of internal manuals and booklets; development of business plans; evaluation of needs; etc.
Also, management is responsible for public relations; communication with different media; preparation of marketing material about Home and its activities; conduction of campaigns,
seminars and meetings; preparation edition of periodic publications; maintenance of internet location; etc.
