Preparation of individual programs leads to the insight into structure of residents and quality of available services:
- number of persons who need help and support in single area;
- number of persons who need help and support in two areas;
- number of persons who need help and support in more than two areas;
- number of persons who are completely dependent on others help;
- number of persons who are capable to work individually;
- number of persons who are capable to live individually in small residential group homes.
Individual programs includes context of the individual's age peers and culture. One of the alternative solutions is construction
of small residential units (for single, couple, groups).
