Programs are organized in concentric circles because failure of memory which is characteristic for this child category:
- at the first stage children play and learn conceptions and relations. Also, on this stage they learn and develop concepts of hygiene, dressing, eating;
- second stage is still characterized with play, but child must learn to accept rules, discipline and to construct a work habits;
- third stage, above 15 years of age, is characterized with empowering of residents for some occupations or work within workshops;
- fourth stage is characterized with social integration, housekeeping, using public transportation.
